Chestnut stallion by Abglanz, born 1959. He was full brother to Fritz Ligges legendary Zuckerpuppe (Sugar Doll), who was international successful in show jumping and she won the Nation's Cup in Rome 1969. Absurd left 130 breeding mares, from it several by the German FEI/FN awarded performance mares with high fertility and high successful offsprings in the sport.

Absurd's father Abglanz, this typeful chestnut Trakehner stallion and grandson of Tempelhüter/T., made all for his name's honor. He covered between 1946-1964 at the State Stud Celle and had his breakthrough in the area of Hamburg called "Altes Land". He brought numerous successful offsprings in breeding and sport. His daughter Zukunft, full sister of the stallions Abhang I, II, III was international successful in show jumping under Alwin Schockemöhle. Abglanz transmitted clearly a double disposition. His son Archimedes already was able to manage dressage lessons on advanced level at the age of 6 years.
