Grande
that little big man! Hanoverian chestnut stallion, born 1958. Grande was, although small from the stick-measurement, a quite big one in the Hanoverian performance heredity. After 26 years of breeding use at the state stud Celle he left almost 50 licensed sons, from it Graphit, Gralsritter, Garibaldi I+II, Grand Ferdinand I+II, Graf Douglas, Glander and others. Today his son Galvano is still availible at the state stud Celle.
The list of his in big tournaments successful offsprings seems endless. With 1.199.996 € prize money and 565 direct offsprings in the sport he has an average of 2.124 € per horse! And he belongs with this result to the top sires of the German horse-breeding.
